Ambrosiana Butter Horseshoes Biscuits. A traditional buttery shortcrust horseshoe biscuit with its ends dipped in smooth cocoa glaze. Light, crisp and delicately sweet, this classic Italian biscuit offers a perfect balance of rich butter flavour and chocolatey finish.

Soft wheat* flour, margarine [vegetable oils and fats (palm oil and sunflower oil), water, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471)], sugar, cocoa coverage 15% [sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernel, palm), cocoa powder 15%, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin, flavor], eggs, butter, leavening agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate), skimmed milk powder, flavor: vanilla, coloring: beta-carotene.
