Gymkhana Fine Foods - Michelin Star Indian - at Home. We fondly call our Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade ‘Lasooni’. Hindi for garlic, and named as such for the very simple reason that there’s a lot of beautiful roasted garlic in this bold marinade. Our ‘everything’ marinade, this is one of the most versatile products in our collection. We’re yet to find something it doesn’t improve, making this marinade our go-to when we want to bring deep flavour with very little effort. This marinade celebrates garlic at its most indulgent, roasted until mellow and golden, then layered with smoky paprika, Kashmiri chilli, cumin and tamarind for a tangy lift, with the kind of flavour that makes anything taste like a signature dish.
