Description
Tomato pesto with Calabrian chilies - not traditional, but made with the same generous spirit. Hickory-smoked tomatoes provide the base, while the chilies add their distinctive warmth without overwhelming heat. Toss through pasta, dollop onto soup, spread on toast, or spoon over eggs.
Usage: stir through pasta, spoon over meat or fish, swirl into yoghurt.
