Our take on a hot honey marinade - with caraway, chipotle chilli and smoked paprika. It caramelises beautifully when cooked, bringing depth to roast chicken and root vegetables, and works very well brushed onto halloumi before grilling.
Usage: marinate meat, fish & veg, zhuzh up dressings, stir through grains & beans.
Ingredients: water, extra virgin olive oil, onions, sunflower oil, honey, muscovado sugar, sugar cane, cane molasses, smoked paprika, salt, dried garlic, caraway, hickory smoked flavour, coriander, smoked chipotle chilli, ground fennel seeds, turmeric, paprika extract, acidity regulator: citric acid.
