Our Spelt Crumbs are prepared from our award-winning Spelt, Buckwheat and Polenta sourdough, handmade true to traditional long fermentation methods using the best Certified Organic ingredients and leaven that we have nurtured since 1981. Toasted polenta combines with the nutty flavours of buckwheat and wholegrain spelt to impart a distinctive flavour and quality to your cooking. Use Spelt Crumbs to add crunch to gratins, coat fish or vegetables for pan frying, thicken stews or toast and combine with olive oil, garlic and parsley to create a delicious pangrattato tossed through fresh pasta.
