Our flavoursome classic brandy fruit cake in a tin, made with our traditional Buckingham® recipe, infused with fine cognac brandy. Presented in a vintage-inspired keepsake tin. Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel, and a pinch of spice. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in a smooth cognac brandy. Deliciously rich, dark, moist, and fruity. The subtle flavour of the Cognac provides a very sophisticated taste and a distinctive fragrance, reminiscent of Christmas Pudding.
