Our delicious, traditional cherry fruit cake is baked with real fruit cherries and the finest German Kirsch to enhance the cherry flavour. Presented in a vintage-style tin, this is a perfect luxury gift for the traditionalist in your life this Christmas. The cherry fruit cake is made with the classic Buckingham® recipe that is loved the world over. Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries and tangy cranberries. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in Kirsch spirit. Deliciously rich, dark and moist. The fruity flavour of the cherry and Kirsch combination is perfectly balanced by the inclusion of cranberries.
